Zodiac is a brilliant book. Not a single page is a dull one, just the opposite, with an action packed story line, a dynamic set of characters, and a world that is uniquely created by the author’s imagination.

Romina Russell wrote a strong main character who will be cheering for long after you have finished reading this book.

Zodiac is 319 pages, and even though I wish it was more pages, it’s still a wonderful and intriguing read. It’s fast paced and the author knows how to keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time. I’ve read many good fantasy stories before, but this one was fresh, something new. And when you read this book, you can tell Romina worked hard on it and has an incredible imagination. She created such a unique world with houses, each one beautifully crafted with different beliefs and fashion, there is no doubt about that this Zodiac galaxy could really exist somewhere out there in our universe. Romina also describes the scenery so richly that you feel like you are right there along Rhoma Grace cheering her on.

The ending will leave you with several different emotions, because there’s so many things happening, so much suspense, you just want to know more and more about these Houses and characters. You truly do grow to care for alot of these characters to the point where you don’t want to see any of them getting hurt. Rhoma Grace was defiantly one of my favourite characters of the story, so heroic, and selfless. I can’t wait to read more about her in Wandering Star.

If you love a story that keeps you on the edge of your seat, one that involves science fiction and fantasy, and a strong character who has a good reason worth fighting for, this is a book worth reading.
